ePaper360 is sold as a custom self-hosted software script setup. Since our service provides setup and installation directly on your server upon purchase, license and setup fees are non-refundable.

We offer free trial periods or interactive live demos (like this portal) so you can fully evaluate **ePaper360** before committing to a paid plan.
3. Billing Disputes
If you believe there has been a billing error, please reach out to Tuning Innovations billing support within 14 days of the transaction. We review every dispute individually.
